We've gathered our own list of favorites for you to pick and choose from as you make your merry way through this most festive of seasons. You can start with Wisconsin's very own tree lighting at the Capitol. The tree, a 40 ft Wisconsin-grown Balsam fir may not have five miles of wire, but it does have an impressive 700 ft of gold garland, 2400 LED lights and best of all, 1400 ornaments hand-made by Wisconsin's very own citizens. Read more

Thanksgiving is just a couple short days away, which means that the winter holidays will be here soon, too. We remember fondly when the holidays meant time off school, seemingly ever-lasting meals with family, cutting down the Christmas tree and drinking eggnog while carols jingled in the background or lighting the Menorah and spinning the dreidel.
