Celebrate the Harvest Festival with us at our Open House on Green Lake 9/27
September 14th, 2015
Autumn is only but a few short weeks away and we want you to celebrate its return to Wisconsin with us at the Harvest Festival on September 26th and 27th, and head out to our open house on Green Lake on Sunday from 1pm – 3pm! We Wisconsinites take immense pride in our festivals as they are an opportunity for farmers, crafters, restaurateurs and community members to showcase their unique trade while having a ton of fun in the process!
Some events going on throughout the festival include: Crafting; eating delicious, locally-produced food like butternut squash ravioli, a brat burger on a pretzel bun, and a crisp apple; carnival games; pumpkin picking. The list goes on and on. And, on Sunday, classic cars will fill the streets for the Jack Taylor Memorial Car show featuring 1989 or older show cars. Like the Harvest Festival and many other festivals in Wisconsin, the all-weekend event is free! So, head to Green Lake, indulge in fresh food and get to know your neighbors!
