Julie’s clients rave about her Midwestern sensibilities: friendly and straightforward, tempered with a hearty sense of humor and patience. The epitome of efficiency and conscientiousness, Julie can always be counted on to have every detail in order for a seemingly effortless transaction. Adept in the art of creating connections, she often walks away from her closings with new lifelong friends.
A Wisconsin native who has lived in Arizona and other parts of the country, Julie decided on the groundbreaking neighborhood of Middleton Hills when she and her husband Larry returned to the Midwest in 1998 to raise their family.
“We were one of the first families to move into this new, pedestrian-friendly community,” Julie says. “We liked the front porches, the cozy alleyways, the local shops, and great schools. Downtown Middleton, with its public library and small town charm is also within walking distance, and Downtown Madison is just a 10 minute drive,” Julie adds.
Julie and Larry’s kids are in college now, and the couple still loves their home in Middleton Hills, which is located right next door to peaceful Pheasant Branch Conservancy. “We really appreciate all four seasons here,” Julie says. We walk, bike, and even snow-shoe in Pheasant Branch, so we enjoy nature all year round.”
