After 25+ years in customer service, Carol knows how to truly listen to her buyers. She hears not only what someone says they are looking for in a home, but also the underlying, often unexpressed, wants and needs. This empathy enables her to guide clients to the perfect home even if it was one they may not have considered on their own. For Carol, it’s all about helping people, which is her raison d’être. She’s especially keen at understanding the emotional side of real estate, whether a family is moving an elderly relative into assisted living or a retired couple is downsizing to a smaller home to suit their more carefree lifestyle.

I enjoy being in real estate not only because of my love of architecture and interior design, but because of the tremendous gratification that comes from helping others.

“From the moment Carol became my realtor she demonstrated superior customer service, exemplary professionalism, courtesy and genuine interest in the sale of my property. These attributes were especially important to me as during the time my condo was on the market I was teaching abroad. In addition to her excellent customer service, I also appreciated her patience. She always maintained a positive outlook. There was never a doubt that Carol had my best interest in mind, and to that, I am most appreciative.”
