Julie’s clients rave about her Midwestern sensibilities: friendly and straightforward mixed with a healthy sense of humor and patience. The epitome of efficiency and conscientiousness, she can always be counted on to have all the details lined up for a seemingly effortless transaction. Adept in the art of creating connections, she most often walks away from a closing with lifelong friends.

Because every client has unique needs and desires, every transaction is different. I consider myself lucky to have new experiences daily. Yes, I have years of real estate expertise I tap into each day, but I also appreciate that I am constantly learning.

“Thank you for all your support through our home search process. We are really enjoying our new home! Thanks for your patience and expert advice to steer us to the perfect home. We greatly appreciated your positive attitude and quick responses and are looking forward to crossing paths with you again.”

“Julie Bernauer did a tremendous job for us! We would recommend her to anyone. Our family relocated to the Madison area from out of state. Not only did we have a limited schedule for viewing homes and a lack of knowledge of the Madison real estate market, but we needed to move in a very short period of time. Julie guided us through this process and placed us in a home we liked in our budget and within our time constraints. In fact, Julie went above and beyond. Our sellers agreed to make repairs on the home prior to closing. We were out of town and could not handle this on our own, so Julie managed the entire process for us from the start through completion. We could not have done it without her!”

“Thank you so much for your hard work in helping us set up a home – our first home! We appreciate your professionalism and efficiency. Thank you so much!”
