We Madisonians are a lucky lot. We are surrounded by jaw-dropping natural beauty, polite and charming people (mostly), endless opportunities for outdoor activity, great shopping districts with both local and national chains, an unbelievable amount of four star restaurants, excellent schools, several museums and art galleries, plenty of choices for live music, and perhaps most importantly, safe neighborhoods that are thriving thanks to an attentive city and engaged neighbors.
At Sprinkman Real Estate, we celebrate and enjoy all these things and appreciate the fact that Madison is, as numerous media outlets have attested to, truly one of the best places to live in the United States. Even in January.
Curious to get our take on some of Madison’s neighborhoods and the surrounding towns? Then you’re in luck! Our website has pages dedicated to several communities: Maple Bluff, Middleton, the Lakes, Shorewood Hills, downtown, near west, far west and west Madison. Monona, near east Madison and Waunakee are in the works, too.
Each neighborhood page not only contains valuable information for those deciding what neighborhood to live in, but also for locals who are looking for some ideas on where to go to dinner or what shops they should hit this weekend. The pages are bursting with photos of community taken by our very own photographer and our amazing agents. Each page is a visual exploration of what we love about Madison neighborhoods and the surrounding area.
Enjoy your virtual tour of our beloved Madison neighborhoods and surrounding communities!
